Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide development teams, and ensure best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Lead architecture design sessions and define integration strategies with external systems.

Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants.

Establish best practices, design standards, and governance for Salesforce implementations.

Design and implement APIs, integrations, and Middleware solutions.

Perform code reviews, architecture reviews, and performance optimization.

Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and business teams to align technology with business goals.

Ensure security, data governance, and compliance across Salesforce platforms.

Mentor development teams and support complex troubleshooting and production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture.

Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and third-party integrations.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, security model, and governor limits.

Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and version control systems.

Ability to design scalable and high-performance solutions.

Preferred Certifications

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Preferred

Salesforce Application Architect

Salesforce System Architect

Salesforce Platform Developer II

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and leadership

Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms
