Founding Engineer

We're building the future of influencer marketing - think Meta Ads, but for creators. We've already partnered with leading companies such as Universal, Studio Canal, Working Title, Dubai Sports City, Elf and Miniclip. We're a small but hugely ambitious team based out of London.

Role Description

• Own Architecture → Design and implement scalable systems from ambiguous product requirements. Turn ideas from the non-technical team into production-grade systems.
• Build AI Systems → Develop agentic workflows that plan, research, and execute influencer campaigns autonomously.
• Vector Search at Scale → Work on high-scale retrieval systems (RAG, embeddings, ranking) targeting hundreds of millions to billions of vectors.
• Run Experiments → Prototype and ship new AI/data capabilities fast. Kill what doesn't work. Scale what does.
• Ship End-to-End → Work across backend, infrastructure, and occasionally frontend/mobile. We optimise for speed and iteration.

About You

• 2–4 years engineering experience (or equivalent demonstrable ownership in serious side projects/startups)
• Strong with TypeScript + Node.js or Python
• Comfortable designing systems without step-by-step instructions
• You've shipped real products — not just tutorials
• Excited by AI systems beyond basic API wrapping
• Pragmatic builder: you optimise for impact, not perfection
• Experience with vector databases / embeddings / ranking systems
• Built production AI workflows (agents, orchestration, evals)
• Bonus experience:
• AWS Serverless / event-driven architectures
• Flutter for mobile development
