Senior Director & Commercial leader - scaling Boutique AI Consultancy

A fast-growing, award-winning AI & Data consultancy is looking for a Senior Director to own and drive the firms growth strategy — someone who wins major clients, shapes strategy, and knows how to scale a business.

What you'll do:

• Open doors and close deals — 7 and 8 figure contracts with global multinationals
• Lead solution-based conversations at C-level, drawing on deep Data & AI delivery experience to build credibility and trust
• Shape the growth strategy for the firm.
• Build and lead a high-performing team in a genuinely collaborative culture
• Represent the firm as a credible voice in data and AI — translating technical knowledge into business impact

You bring:

• A strong AI & data delivery background — you've led complex programmes and can speak with authority on solutions, not just sell them
• Experience delivering and selling GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
• A track record scaling a boutique data/AI consultancy
• Client obsession and BD instinct — you love being out in the market
• The commercial mindset to negotiate and close large-scale, complex deals
