Senior Software Engineer - C++ - Linux - Unix - London. No financial services experience is required for this position. A highly successful electronic trading organisation, recently opening a London office, seeks to hire a Senior C++ Software Engineer as they build out this exciting new chapter for the business. The Senior C++ Software Engineer will work on the clients core trading platform.

The Senior C++ Software Engineer responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the company's core software, which are electronic trading solutions.
• Build new components and improve platform reliability and latency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in Chicago and New York.

Required Skill for the Senior C++ Software Engineer will require:

• A degree in a STEM related subject.
• At least five years of commercial C++ software engineering experience.
• Object-Orientated design and programming experience.
• Networking programming experience.
• Python Scripting experience.
• STL experience.
• An interest in moving into quantitative development in the future.
