Technical Support Analyst - What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused technical support, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalation where necessary.
- Troubleshoot technical problems, gather diagnostic data, and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Maintain and manage security reference data to ensure platform accuracy and compliance.
- Produce detailed reports following production incidents to support operational continuity.
- Contribute to automation and scripting initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a STEM related subject.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
- Scripting experience - ideally Python Scripting experience.
- relational database experience (including SQL).
- Familiarity with trading systems , FIX Protocol , and the technical landscape of trading software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
