Technical Trade Support Analyst - Front Office - Trade Floor - FIX. Great opportunity for an Trade Floor Support Analyst to work in a front office team supporting real-time trading application, order management, exchange connectivity and front office traders. The client is a global Brokerage expanding their Trade Floor Support team and required someone ideally with experience supporting trading applications. There will be opportunities to move into either more business or technical orientated positions.
The Technical Trade Support Analyst will;
- Support front office traders
- Work in a live production environment
- Support real-time trading platform
- Troubleshoot, monitor and analyse trades
- Deploy new trading applications
- Work closely with front office traders
- Troubleshoot FIX protocol – FIX connectivity issues
- Test and execute production changes
The Technical Trade Support Analyst will need:
- A STEM degree.
- 4 + years years commercial technical support experience
- Experience working for a Brokerage, Exchange of financial ISV Software Vendor
- Solid Linux experience
- Linux - Unix experience
- Experience of FIX Protocol – FIX Connectivity – FIXML - ITCH.
- Scripting experience - Python, Bash, Shell.
- SQL experience.
