My client is a small but established and growing IT services company with offices in Central London and Kent. Due to on-going success they have an immediate requirement for a 1st Line Support Analyst.

As 1st Line Support Analyst you will be a natural troubleshooter with a solid technical background in supporting technology such as Office 365, M365, Windows, Server, BackUp, Networking, DNS, DHCP etc. Anyone with the or working towards the MS-900 certification would be a massive benefit.

Along side your technical skills it is essential that the 1st Line Support Analyst has exceptional communication skills and is driven by outstanding customer service. This is an office based role in Chatham so it is essential you are within commuting distance as well as been flexible to occasionally travel to a client site if needed.
