My client is a Central London based small but growing and established MSP that have an urgent requirement for a 2nd Line Field Engineer.

As 2nd Line Field Engineer you will be driven by outstanding levels of customer service, with a real strength in client communication. As 2nd Line field Engineer you will have a broad range of technical skills across technology such as M365, Server, Desktop, Networking, Active Directory, Azure, VPN, Firewall, Switch, WAP. and a natural flair and troubleshooting ability. MS-900 certification would be a massive bonus.

this is a field based role covering clients in and around London and outskirts with the possibility of the odd trip to a client in Geneva, so it is essential that ths 2nd line field engineer is flexible and willing to travel as required.

My client is a small yet growing company and as such has a pretty flat structure meaning lots of opportunities to get stuck in at test yourself and your technical ability. You will be visible and not just a number, so lots of opportunities for growth and development.
