As 3rd Line Escalation Support Engineer you will be the Technical Support Lead working as the final point of escalation for a busy service desk. You will be a troubleshooting heavy weight with a wide range of technical skills in a MSP ticketed environment, skills such as Windows Server, O365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, Networking, Firewall, VPN, Security, VMware, Hyper-V.

The 3rd Line Escalation Support Engineer. will be a focal point for the team and a natural leader that is willing to mentor and share knowledge with other engineers, someone happy to collaborate, drive standards and deliver outstanding service.
