My client are a leading, well established and multi award winning MSP. They have an immediate vacancy for a proven 3rd Line Managed Services Engineer. The 3rd Line Managed Services Engineer will have a proven MSP background at 3rd line level, working as part of a busy service desk / support team as the final point of escalation. As 3rd Line Managed Services Engineer you will be a natural troubleshooter with a broad range of technical skills across Tech such as M365, Azure, Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, Active Directory, Entra, Networking, routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls etc.

The role will initially be based 5 days a week in their North London HO then moving to hybrid working of 3 days in and 2 days from home after 3 months.
