My client is a established West London based IT Managed Services Company that are in the market for a Managed Services On-site Support Engineer to work with one of their clients in the South Oxfordshire / Berks area. With Covid restrictions this role will be predominately remote for the foreseeable future.
As Managed Services On-site Support Engineer you will have a broad range of 2nd line support skills across technology such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Networking, Routers, Switches, VOIP,. Alongside your natural technical ability it is essential that the Managed Services On-site Support Engineer has outstanding customer service and communication skills.
