CRM Systems Manager (Hubspot)
Superb opportunity for a CRM & Revenue Systems Manager (Hubspot) to join a proprietary fintech platform in London (hybrid—up to 2 days p/w in office), offering consolidated banking (multi-currency accounts, treasury/FX, and stablecoin solutions) to rapidly growing global businesses.
The CRM & Revenue Systems Manager will own and optimise HubSpot to power Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. You’ll ensure data integrity, build smart automations, and deliver accurate attribution and reporting. This role is key to improving efficiency through AI and streamlined workflows while maintaining robust governance and change control. You’ll also enable teams with training and act as the go-to expert for all CRM-related needs.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer the company CRM (HubSpot) and associated revenue systems.
- Ensure CRM data integrity, governance, and lifecycle accuracy across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
- Design, build and maintain workflows, automation, routing rules and system integrations.
- Maintain attribution accuracy and campaign tracking integrity.
- Monitor and improve data quality, including duplicate management, required field compliance and source completeness.
- Implement and document change control processes for CRM configuration and automation updates.
- Support revenue reporting infrastructure in partnership with Commercial Finance / RevOps.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-enabled tools.
- Provide system training and enablement to GTM teams.
- Act as platform owner and first point of escalation for CRM-related issues.
- Reduce single-point-of-failure risk by documenting system architecture and workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CRM administration or Revenue Systems
- Hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
- Proven experience building workflows, lifecycle models and automation.
- Experience managing lead routing, attribution models and campaign tracking.
- Exposure to revenue reporting environments supporting Sales / GTM teams.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to translate commercial requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance.
- Proactive problem solver with strong troubleshooting capability.
- Strong documentation discipline and governance awareness.
- Confident stakeholder communicator (non-technical and technical audiences).
- Continuous improvement mindset with interest in automation and AI enablement.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced growth environment.

- HubSpot certifications.
- Exposure to forecasting processes and pipeline governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting multi-team GTM environments.
- Knowledge of data enrichment tools or AI-driven CRM features.
- Experience documenting system architecture and controls for audit or diligence.
- Experience collaborating with Finance or RevOps functions
