This rapidly growing UK based Financial Services company is urgently seeking another member of the Technical Support team working from their London Bridge office 2-3 days per week.

You are required to provide internal IT technical support across their Core Business Applications plus the M365 stack, especially relating to laptop deployment using Intune. Tickets come via their ITSM service desk platform and we want someone who enjoys taking ownership of the tickets through to completion, showing initiative and a great attitude to customer service in the process. You will be working with all members of the team and across the company, including senior stakeholders, managers and other business units.
