The Role
We’re looking for a new entrepreneurial B2B Sales Account Executive to join our growing team.
You’ll be responsible for driving new business from event agencies, marketing teams, and enterprises that host frequent events.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and prospect new B2B leads in key verticals (marketing, tech, finance, pharma and wellness).
- Pitch Mingloft’s platform to event managers and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing and onboarding.
- Work closely with the management to refine messaging, improve conversion, and shape our sales playbook.
- Represent Mingloft in industry communities and events to build awareness and partnerships.
Compensation package
This is a commission-only role ideal for someone who loves autonomy and is motivated by results.
We’ve designed the structure to reward high performance with unlimited earning potential:
- New client (first contract) 15-20% Paid immediately upon invoice settlement.
- Renewals 10%
- Upsells/Add-ons 10%
Bonus tiers (performance dependent)
- 5 deals/month → additional 5% commission
- 10+ deals/month → additional 10% commission
Who You Are
- 2+ years in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or events industry).
- Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about tech, events, and helping clients succeed.
