Business Analyst

Role Description This is a full-time, remote Business Analyst role with occasional customer site visits. The Business Analyst will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for Minster’s warehouse management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analysing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating operational needs into clear functional specifications for the development teams. The role involves facilitating workshops and meetings, producing process maps and documentation, and supporting system configuration and testing to ensure solutions meet customer expectations. The Business Analyst will also contribute to implementation projects, assist with user training and change management, and help monitor solution performance through KPIs and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data, process flows, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Business Processes and defining Business Requirements for software or systems implementations.
- Experience in distribution, warehouse management, or supply chain environments is essential.
- Familiarity with SaaS/cloud-based enterprise solutions and reporting or BI tools is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
