Location: London (Hybrid – 3–4 days per week on site - Negotiable)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Manager (IT Implementations) Lead to drive the rollout of new project controls and reporting systems for a leading renewable energy developer.
This role offers the chance to deliver a critical digital transformation initiative across a fast-growing portfolio of solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects.

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end implementation, coordinating discovery, design, and deployment phases to ensure smooth integration and adoption across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a new project data and reporting platform across cost, schedule, and risk functions.

• Coordinate discovery, design, and implementation phases, engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Oversee system integration and automation between key platforms (Primavera, Power BI, ERP systems, etc.).

• Develop and standardise dashboards, reporting templates, and governance frameworks.

• Support user training, documentation, and system handover.

• Champion data quality, consistency, and efficiency across the organisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering IT or systems implementation projects, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.

• Strong understanding of data integration, governance, and reporting systems (Power BI, Primavera, ERP).

• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end delivery of system rollouts or process automation projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, bridging technical and operational teams.

• Previous contract experience preferred, with capability to deliver outcomes autonomously.
