About the job

Mintra has an exciting opportunity for a talented and dynamic Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Learning Platform team. You will focus on creating clear, accessible, and engaging user experiences across our learning and competence management system, making complex workflows feel simple for learners and administrators alike. This is a permanent, full time position and ideally will be based near any Mintra office location (UK / Norway / Greece / Cyprus). We also support remote or hybrid working.

As our Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for the overall user experience and satisfaction across Mintra’s product portfolio. You will turn user insights, product strategy and industry trends into intuitive and engaging designs that delight our customers.

We'd like you to have

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Media Engineering, Web Design or equivalent

• Proficiency in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Illustrator, Sketch, Axure or InVision

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Experience working with Agile methodologies

• Strong communication skills

• Enthusiasm for digital trends and innovation

• Willingness to travel occasionally
