Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Mid to Senior Level)

Location: Hybrid (London / Remote)

Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

-Develop and maintain end-to-end features across the Mintus platform — from intuitive front-end interfaces to robust, secure backend services.

-Build scalable APIs and services to support tokenisation workflows, smart contract interactions, and AI-driven decision tools.

-Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and AI teams to translate business needs into powerful user experiences.

-Optimise performance across the stack, ensuring reliability and high availability in a fintech-grade environment.

-Integrate third-party APIs and services including blockchain nodes, financial data providers, and cloud-based tools.

-Champion code quality through peer reviews, testing, and automation.

-Keep up with emerging Web3, AI, and software engineering trends to improve our platform continuously.

What We’re Looking For

-3–7 years of full stack development experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or Web3 environments.

-Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js or Python, and frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or similar.

-Minimum 2 years of production-level experience with ReactJS and NextJS.

-At least 2 years of backend development experience (preferably with NodeJS, ExpressJS, or NestJS).

-Strong proficiency in database solutions like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

-Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

-Solid experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP or equivalent), CI/CD, and containerisation tools like Docker.

-Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals and smart contracts is a strong plus.

-Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving requirements.

Bonus Points For

-Experience integrating with financial data providers or Web3 platforms (e.g. Alchemy, Chainlink, Fireblocks).

-Exposure to real-time data streaming, AI/ML pipelines, or decentralised infrastructure.

-Knowledge of security best practices in fintech/blockchain applications.
