Level 2 Service Desk Engineer
Position Overview We are looking for a Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join us in Stone, Staffordshire. Responsibilities Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional technical support for software, hardware and network issues
- Performing diagnosis for issues and guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a desktop support environment
- Providing technical solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner
- Facilitating one-to-one end user training as required
- Ensuring site technical documentation is maintained
- Operating as a Service Desk Engineer supporting SME’s
- Familiar with working to SLA’s to meet both customer and contract requirements
- Working as part of a wider service delivery function
- Microsoft Dynamics systems and online services including installation and maintenance
- Exchange Technologies
- Active Directory
- VPN technologies
- Microsoft Office and 365 services
- Cloud Phone systems
- OneDrive for business
