Derivatives Investment Operations - Customer Success - Technology Solutions Firm (London Area)

Miryco Consultants is currently working with a leading technology solutions firm for derivative transaction reporting and reconciliation. They are looking to add a dynamic and detail-orientated Client Success Specialist to their team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their reporting requirements, data formats, and operational workflows.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and perform validation of data.
• Ensure clients can successfully utilize our technology platform for derivative transaction reporting and reconciliation.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in client onboarding within FS or technology space.
• Experience working with derivatives and familiarity with transaction reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, including Dodd-Frank, EMIR and MiFID II desirable.

Location: Central London

Hybrid Policy: 4 days in office
