You will be primarily responsible for driving our lead generation efforts, connecting with potential clients, and mastering the art of the initial conversation.

The ideal candidate will have some foundational experience in sales or demonstrate a clear understanding of effective out-reach strategies and the overall lead generation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and build high-quality lead lists within defined market verticals.
• Qualify potential leads by identifying correct email addresses, names, job roles, and company information.
• Conduct outbound phone calls and follow-ups to confirm lead details and generate initial interest.
• Accurately maintain and update contact data within the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support targeted campaigns.

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent communication and phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.)
• A self-starter with curiosity and drive to learn about sales processes and customer engagement.
