What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be right at the heart of the Salesforce ecosystem—supporting users, improving data quality, building reports, and learning loads along the way.
Salesforce Admin Support
- Set up and maintain users, profiles, and permission sets
- Configure objects, fields, layouts, and validation rules
- Carry out day-to-day admin tasks with guidance
Data Quality & Management
- Keep our CRM data clean, accurate, and consistent
- Support imports/exports and routine data checks
- Follow data governance and security processes
Reports & Dashboards
- Build and maintain simple dashboards and reports
- Help stakeholders with reporting tweaks and requests
User Support
- Be our first-line go-to for Salesforce queries
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate as needed
- Help onboard new users and provide basic training
Platform Evolution
- Support minor enhancements and configuration updates
- Assist with testing new releases and system changes
- Help document processes and user guides
What You Bring
- Some hands-on Salesforce experience (commercial, internship, or training)
- Understanding of users, profiles, objects, fields, and dashboards
- A love for clean data and an eye for detail
- Solid communication and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable handling support tickets
Bonus points if you have:
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or working towards it)
- Experience with Sales Cloud or basic Flow automation
- Previous exposure to a support environment
