Telesales Account Executive

What you’ll get- Basic salary of £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
- Realistic OTE of £35,000 – £41,000 with uncapped commission
- Early finish on Fridays (3pm)

You’ll be speaking to businesses, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for our clients. It’s about having good conversations, asking the right questions, and gathering useful, accurate information.
- Reaching out to businesses within specific sectors
- Speaking to decision-makers and building rapport
- Qualifying potential leads
- Passing detailed, high-quality information to clients
You won’t be doing this alone — you’ll have a data team providing leads and daily support from your manager and colleagues.
What we’re looking for- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar phone-based role
- Confidence speaking to people at all levels in a business
- A positive, self-motivated approach
- Someone who is comfortable working towards targets
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Strong spoken and written English
