Group FP&A Manager

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Group FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and delivering best-in-class reporting to senior stakeholders, including the PE investors and the Board.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Group FP&A function, providing insightful analysis to support growth, profitability, and cash flow.
• Develop and maintain robust forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes.
• Provide high-quality management information and KPI reporting to senior stakeholders and investors and standardise ways of working across the group of acquisitions
• Support post-acquisition integration, ensuring seamless alignment of financial processes and performance metrics.
• Implement power bi across the group.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and performance improvement plans.

The Candidate

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience.
• Proven background in FP&A, ideally within a PE-backed or fast-paced, acquisitive environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into commercial insights.
• Strong communication skills and proven experience working with senior stakeholders.
