We are looking for passionate cyber individuals to join our team and help deliver high quality cyber security solutions and advice to our clients.

As Mitigo continues to grow, we are looking to recruit an IT Engineer to assist the technical team with supporting the business. This is a key role in the growth of Mitigo, and the right candidate will take on primary responsibility for a number of important activities, reporting directly to the senior technical leadership team.

Position Overview

The successful candidate for this role will take on responsibility for a wide ranging number of business critical activities, including:

• Building & configuring laptops and phones for new starters.
• Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries via phone, email, in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and user issues.
• On-going configuration and management of our key cloud SaaS platforms.
• Managing the AV/EDR deployment and monitoring for incidents.
• Support the technical team with client services where appropriate.
• Maintaining IT asset registers.

Requirements & Skills

We are ideally looking for IT professionals with at least 1-2 years of experience in a modern IT support setting. Mitigo has adopted a cloud-first approach to technology, meaning that requirements for managing traditional on-premises setup is largely restricted to user hardware and basic networking.

Experience in the management of the following platforms and technologies is crucial to a successful candidate:

• Windows Operating System
• Microsoft Entra (Office 365, Intune, Defender, SharePoint)
• ESET & Sentinel One EDR
• VoIP SaaS

In addition to the above, we are very keen to speak to anyone with either experience in the following or a desire to expand their skillset into the following areas:

• Salesforce administration or development
• Software development (Python, Go)
