Key Responsibilities for a Customer Experience Specialist

  • Deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Guide customers through key product features and workflows ensure full utilisation.
  • Consistently meet productivity and quality targets.

Key skills for a Customer Experience Specialist

  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Customer Support role
  • Flexibility to work over UK Public holidays.
  • Experience in a tech company – desirable
