Key Responsibilities for a Customer Experience Specialist
- Deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
- Guide customers through key product features and workflows ensure full utilisation.
- Consistently meet productivity and quality targets.
Key skills for a Customer Experience Specialist
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Customer Support role
- Flexibility to work over UK Public holidays.
- Experience in a tech company – desirable
