Key Responsibilities for a Growth Marketing Lead
- Execute and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads
- Own day-to-day performance of paid digital channels and agency partners
- Lead on CRM deployment and optimisation
- Manage and enhance SEO performance including keyword research, on-page optimisation and collaboration with content creation
- Build, deliver and refine email marketing and lead nurture programmes tailored to professional decision-makers
- Create, test and optimise landing pages, creative assets, and calls-to-action to maximise conversion rates
- Analyse performance data to continuously improve conversion rates, CPL/CPA and ROI
Key skills for a Growth Marketing Lead
- 3–6 years’ hands-on experience in demand generation or digital marketing within B2B SaaS or a technology-led environment
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM
- Strong practical experience owning PPC performance, budgets, and optimisation
- Solid SEO knowledge including keyword research and on-page optimisation
- Demonstrated understanding of how multi-channel campaigns drive pipeline and revenue, not just leads
