As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for motivating the internal sales team, carrying out 1:1’s and team meetings, liaising with department heads and supporting the marketing team with campaigns.

Key responsibilities of an Internal Sales Manager
- To lead and coach the sales team, providing support and motivating them to reach KPIs and sales targets
- Managerial tasks such as daily team meetings and 1:1s
- Supporting the marketing team with campaigns
- Collaborating and liaising with department heads
Key skills and experience required for an Internal Sales Manager
- Proven sales experience (5+ years)
- Proven experience as a manager (conducting 1:1's, team meetings etc.)
- IT proficiency
- Salesforce experience
