Job Description

As a Business Developer (BD) at Mizar, you will play a key role in expanding Mizar's ecosystem by building and scaling partnerships with trading communities. Your focus will be on sourcing the right partners, closing meaningful deals, onboarding communities, and ensuring long-term engagement and growth.

This role is remote and can be full-time or part-time, depending on what fits best.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and perform due diligence on trading communities and potential partners
• Reach out to communities and partners via Discord, DMs, X/Twitter, and group chats
• Close partnerships and commercial deals, not just initiate conversations
• Onboard partners and guide them through activation on Mizar
• Keep partners engaged, motivated, and active over time
• Work closely with internal teams to improve onboarding, activation, and retention flows
• Collaborate with the team on AI-driven workflows for ecosystem scanning and partner discovery

Experience / Skills

• Strong understanding of Web3, on-chain trading, and crypto communities
• Comfortable with sales, outreach, and relationship building
• Confident communicating across Discord, social media, and private communities
• Proven ability to close deals and manage long-term partnerships
• Experience working with trading communities or crypto-native projects
• Curious about AI tools and open to working closely with technical teams

• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
• Startup mentality and ability to operate in fast-moving environments
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Google Sheets
