Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telecom Sales Representative. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, presenting Mobex’s telecommunications solutions, and building strong customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include calling, emailing, and sending LinkedIn messages to potential candidates; setting appointments to demonstrate our services and closing the sale. Must work with our CRM - HubSpot as the Sales tool.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales experience within the telecom sector with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Experience in Sales Management, including tracking KPIs and managing client accounts
- Training experience, with the ability to guide clients through product features and services
- Goal-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software systems is an advantage
