Who we’re looking

for:You’re a delivery‐focused training project manager with strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills. You’re comfortable working in complex environments and ensuring business adoption of change. You’ll

  • have:Proven experience leading large-scale training delivery within complex, multi-supplier or regulated environm
  • ents.Strong capability in planning, governance, and execution, not just training de
  • sign.Hands-on experience managing training via an LMS, including reporting and assur
  • ance.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across delivery partners and senior stakehol
  • ders.Highly organised, outcome-focused, and comfortable operating in delivery-critical phases of proj
  • ects.Manage training through deployment using Learning Management System
  • (LMS)Tracking and reporting training progress, competence, and read
  • inessExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication s
  • killsPRINCE2, APMP, or equivalent project management qualific
