Head of Product Development
We are currently working in partnership with an established, growing SaaS company, specialising in marketing analytics, call tracking, AI and data-driven insights. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a Head of Product Development to join the Senior Leadership Team and take ownership of our product vision, strategy and roadmap.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role, with a high level of ownership. You will work closely with the Development Manager, Marketing and wider business to turn customer and commercial needs into a clear, deliverable product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Translate business and customer priorities into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
- Lead roadmap planning, prioritisation and backlog management.
- Work closely with Engineering to manage product delivery and releases.
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Engineering and Leadership.
- Manage delivery risks and remove barriers to execution.
- Establish effective product management and discovery practices across the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience defining and delivering successful SaaS products.
- Product Management experience, ideally in a SaaS/Marketing Analytics software background
- Strong product road-mapping experience with good Agile skills and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of software development process and working closely with engineering teams.
- Excellent co-ordination and communication skills in a product delivery environment.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to convert vision into execution.
- Familiarity with Monday, Figma, GitLab.
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach.
