PMS Product Manager

Our client, an innovative, fast-growing company in the international accommodation sector, dedicated to providing a high-quality digital platform to a global customer base, is looking to expand their presence in international markets. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced PMS Product Manager to define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for their new Property Management System.

As the PMS Product Manager, you will manage and oversee the entire product lifecycle cycle, from development, through to delivery and support. Working cross-functionally you will have liaisons with engineering, marketing, design, sales and support to build and scale the new system.    

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Gathering and analysing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
• Leading beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
• Being an expert with respect to the competition and the latest industry trends in property management.
• Defining and analysing metrics that inform the success of the product.
• Developing product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Managing product certifications and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Developing, scoping and defining backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on Property Management Systems or similar software solutions, for example, hotel booking systems, real estate or holiday lettings. They will be tech-savvy, with extensive experience of working with Agile teams and a demonstrated success in defining and launching innovative products. Experience of working with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools would be advantageous.
