Senior Events Manager
Location: London Full-time In office 4 days/week

- Event Planning: Take full ownership of organising events from start to finish, encompassing budgeting, logistics, vendor management, on-site delivery, and post-event performance review.
- Spearhead the planning and execution of our inaugural customer conference, as well as multiple key trade shows within our target sectors.
- Collaborate with content marketing, demand generation, and senior leadership to shape event messaging, establish timelines, develop agendas, and secure speakers. Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met efficiently.
- Partner Collaboration: Work in partnership with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless and cohesive event delivery.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Monitor key performance indicators, analyse event outcomes, and deliver actionable insights to maximise the effectiveness of our events.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance event management processes to enable scalability and drive operational excellence.
- Define clear success metrics, measure, and provide comprehensive reports on the influence of major events in terms of brand awareness, audience engagement, and pipeline contribution.
- Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with broader marketing teams to guarantee consistent messaging and brand alignment across all event touchpoints.
- A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference.
- Demonstrated track record of 3–5 years in delivering impactful event experiences, with essential hands-on experience in organising in-person events.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a fast-moving, dynamic working environment with composure.
- Experienced in coordinating both virtual and face-to-face event formats.
- Previous collaboration with external event agencies and production teams is desirable.
- Skilled at conceptualising and launching new events tailored to evolving business objectives.
- Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, and communication abilities, enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
- Exposure to marketing experimentation, technology platforms, data analytics, or product management is considered a valuable asset.
