What you'll do:
- Lead from the Front: Act as a player-coach. You will own your own high-level sales cycle, pitching to key clients while leading by example.
- Build the Engine: Help recruit, mentor, and train our founding team of Sales Executives.
- Drive the UK Strategy: Work directly with the Australian founders to adapt our proven sales strategies for the London market.
- Pipeline Mastery: Oversee the team’s pipeline, ensuring high conversion rates on our warm leads and database re-engagement (NO cold calling required for your team!).
- Close High-Ticket Deals: Step into discovery meetings and pitches for major UK accounts, presenting tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Smash Targets: Drive the UK branch to hit and exceed its launch KPIs and revenue goals.
