Our client, a prominent provider of SaaS solutions to the UK Utilities sector, is looking for an experienced Managed Service Agent to join their vibrant team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate proficiency in data entry and following established processes.

• Rate: £140 p/d via umbrella
• Work Pattern: M-F - 9am - 5pm
• Start Dates: ASAP
• Duration: 6 month contract

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
