As a Talent Partner at Momentum Global, you won’t just fill roles – you’ll help shape hiring strategies, influence decision-making, and collaborate with some of the most exciting businesses in the tech space. Working closely with our client teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality technical talent and supporting the growth of innovative organisations.

This role is focused primarily on technology hiring, so experience recruiting for technical roles will be key. You’ll get hands-on experience working within our industry-leading solutions whilst utilising core talent skills such as talent intelligence, helping companies attract and retain top technical talent.

What skills & experience do you need?

  • Full Lifecycle Recruitment Experience – Minimum of 3 years supporting hiring, with a strong focus on Technology/Engineering roles
  • Technical Recruitment Expertise – Proven experience hiring across a range of technical positions such as Software Engineering, Data, Infrastructure or Product
  • Strong Stakeholder Management – Experience engaging with hiring managers, leadership teams, and candidates in fast-paced environments
  • Strategic Mindset – Comfortable advising on hiring processes, employer branding (CVP), and talent strategies
  • Excellent Communication & Influencing Skills – Ability to manage expectations and drive successful hiring outcomes
  • Autonomous Working – Able to take ownership of hiring projects and deliver measurable results
