Trading Operations Analyst (NY hours) - Prop Trading Firm - Six-figure comp - WFH Flexibility!

Our client, a market-leading proprietary trading firm, is expanding its London team with an additional hire within the Trading Operations function.

Following exceptional performance over the past five years, the firm has significantly grown its London presence. This role sits within the Trade Operations team and will primarily support the US

trading desk, requiring alignment with New York hours.

The position offers a blend of core BAU operational responsibilities alongside involvement in a broad range of projects. This extends beyond automation initiatives to include infrastructure buildouts and new system and process implementations, as the firm continues to expand across asset classes and trading strategies. The role would suit an individual with a solid technical foundation (e.g. VBA, SQL, or Python) who is keen to further develop these skills in a hands-on, high-performance environment.

Candidates should have roughly 3-8yrs relevant experience within hedge fund, proprietary trading, or IB trade support environment.

The role will offer the hire a six-figure total compensation package, with the variable dependant on exceptional individual performance and trading desk performance.

The firm offer flexibility to WFH two days per week.
