About the role:
As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated, detail-oriented and AI-enabled **Software Engineer** to join our software engineering team. You will work closely with our product, design and AI teams to develop user-friendly web applications. This role is ideal for someone in frontend development who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test and maintain clean code!
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Utilise and lead AI agents (human-machine collaboration)
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to enhance performance and usability.
- Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of high-quality software development.

🔑 Key Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework
- A real curiosity towards AI, with a desire to incorporate into the work you do
- Basic understanding of responsive design and cross-browser support
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A desire to learn, grow, and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
Bonus Points:
- Excited by start-up / small-team culture
- Experience with Blazor (or C#)
- Experience with GitHub workflows
- Experience with Azure
- Experience of fintech or high-compliance environments
