We're a Manchester-based business with a national reach, on a path to become the UK's most trusted digital-first debt advice provider. Our culture is built on trust and respect. When our people feel valued, they pass that on to our customers.

Why we need you?

The UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences across all customer-facing products and digital journeys at MoneyPlus.

This role blends user experience, interaction design, and interface design to create products that are effective, easy to use, and aligned with brand and accessibility standards. You will work across the full design lifecycle - from discovery and research through to high-fidelity UI and implementation.

Working closely with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders, the UX/UI Designer champions user-centred design, drives design quality and consistency, and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement across the Product Engineering team.
