Their B2B advertising technology is causing positive disruption across their main markets, Europe, North America, and now APAC. The offering includes a first-party business database, full ad tech stack, and deep analytics platform that enables a transparent data-led marketing solution.

Entrepreneurship sits at the heart of their business, so they are looking for an agile individual with solutions based on their thinking and a very strong sales record with a very strong book of B2B business out of UK and or European agencies.

The role:


To be a leader within the EMEA agency team driving forward their continued strong growth out of the UK agencies. This is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career in a high-growth, profitable business in which the company and senior management invest.

Responsibilities:

Drive Revenue: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue by selling solutions to B2B marketing teams and holding company media agencies. Utilise your existing book of business to build a solid pipeline of revenue and deliver significant revenue.

Track and Optimise: Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and continuously improve the sales process to maximise results.

Win Big Deals: Identify, pitch, and close high-value opportunities with key agency and B2B marketing individuals.

Expand Partnerships: Build and grow relationships with senior decision-makers at agencies, ensuring they adopt and expand their use of solutions.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience selling into B2B marketing teams and/or holding company media agencies.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, media buying, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Established relationships with senior stakeholders at media agencies and B2B companies.
  • Track record of closing complex, high-value deals and driving consistent revenue growth.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a focus on results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and ensure that the biggest opportunities receive the most focus.
  • A mix of working from the office and home but required to be in the office at least three days a week and available for face-to-face with clients five days a week if required.
