Lead Business Analyst
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 Months (extensions likely until 2027)
Location: Hybrid, Edinburgh 3 days on-site

A key leadership opportunity to drive digital transformation through customer portal upgrades for a major financial services organisation. The role bridges business and technology across an entire programme, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery of tangible value across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate business and technical analysis across project streams
- Define and standardise analysis frameworks, documentation templates, and governance models
- Facilitate workshops to elicit and prioritise business requirements
- Oversee requirements traceability and stakeholder alignment
- Manage process design, business modelling, and continuous improvement
- Analyse data to identify insights supporting decision-making
- Deputise for Project/Programme Leads when required
- Support solution design and implementation with CX and technical teams
- Maintain consistent and high-quality project documentation
- Ensure adherence to client methodologies (Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid)
Required Skills:
- 10+ years experience in business analysis
- Demonstrated leadership of analysis & customer experience teams
- Pensions & Bonds Industry experience
- Skilled in business process modelling, data analysis, and requirements management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Strong understanding of change management principles
- Worked on Sapiens SCM & PEGA related projects / knowledge of systems
