Job Title - Senior AWS Platform Engineer (LZA & Networking)

Contract Length - 12 months (with scope to extend)

We are looking for a Senior AWS Platform Engineer with strong expertise in AWS Landing Zone Accelerator (LZA) and cloud networking.

You will build and operate secure, scalable, multi-account AWS foundations, enabling consistent governance and cloud adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities & Experience

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS Landing Zone Accelerator and Control Tower.
• Implement governance, security baselines, and automated account provisioning.
• Design and operate AWS networking (VPCs, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, hybrid connectivity).
• Build secure, resilient multi-account and multi-region architectures.
• Automate platform and network services using Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Embed governance and networking controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong IaC, automation, and Scripting.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, NIST, and CIS benchmarks.
• Experience with Kubernetes and managed services (EKS/AKS/GKE).
• Experience delivering of cloud migration or transformation projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert for AWS landing zone and networking architecture.
