Sales Development Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Outbound Execution
- Personally run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified mid-market prospects
- Collaborate with senior leadership to secure high-conversion intro calls
● Live Coaching
- Shadow and coach Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to improve execution and outcomes
- Lead call reviews and coaching sessions
- Deliver real-time, actionable feedback to help team members level up quickly
● Go-To-Market (GTM) System Development
- Contribute to the design of outbound systems (ICP definitions, sequences, playbooks)
- Implement and optimize sales tools and automation workflows
- Experiment with new outbound channels and tactics, scaling those that work
● Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership across functions to refine GTM strategy
- Share frontline insights to inform product and marketing decisions
- Collaborate with the founding team to turn outbound into a scalable growth engine
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
- 2+ years experience in Sales Development, consistently hitting quota and generating outbound pipeline in a high-growth environment
- Demonstrated experience coaching or mentoring SDRs with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with modern sales tools and automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, Cognism, Clay, Zapier, generative AI tools)
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive — able to execute in ambiguous or evolving environments
- Strategic thinker who enjoys hands-on execution
- Receptive to feedback, growth-driven, and excited about a long-term path in GTM
