Full stack developer (Anthropic AI native)

I'm Hiring: Full-Stack Developer (Anthropic AI Native)

You must be living in the UK, have the right to work here, and be able to commute to Northampton at least twice a week.

We're building the next wave of AI-powered tools at Moredemand and I need a developer who lives and breathes this stack.

The role:

- Full-stack, end-to-end ownership

- Node.js backend, Next.js / React frontend

- Vercel for deployment, Neon / Postgres for data

- 100% Anthropic AI, think Claude API, MCP servers, agentic workflows, the whole toolkit

What I'm looking for:

- You've shipped real production apps, not just side projects

- You think in agents, tools, and prompts not just CRUD

- You're fast (very), opinionated, and care about UX/UI as much as code

Salary range from £30k - £60k depending on ability to deliver what we need :)
