This is not a back-room engineering role. As their Forward Deployed Engineer you will be the technical bridge between cutting-edge AI product and the enterprise clients who depend on it, designing, building, and deploying mission-critical AI solutions that change how global brands operate. You will own it end to end.

What You Will Be Doing

• Designing and deploying customer-specific AI commerce solutions using the company's APIs, agent frameworks, and platform infrastructure
• Rapidly prototyping custom workflows, interfaces, automations, and integrations for enterprise clients
• Building and maintaining production-grade AI agents, orchestration logic, state management, workflow automation, and service integrations
• Leading technical onboarding sessions, workshops, and training for enterprise customers and partners
• Conducting live demos and technical presentations for enterprise clients alongside the Customer Solutions and Sales teams
• Translating complex customer business requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions
• Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to drive long-term adoption and platform improvement
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues in mission-critical, enterprise-grade environments

What They Are Looking For

• 5-7 years of software or solutions engineering experience, you have built things in production and can prove the impact
• Strong Python, Node.js, or TypeScript, you are comfortable across backend services, APIs, microservices, and automation workflows
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered applications, agent orchestration, tool calling, prompt design for production use cases
• Cloud infrastructure experience across AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with distributed systems, databases, authentication, queues, and observability tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, you can explain complex AI to a non-technical executive without blinking
• Comfortable running live demos, workshops, and enterprise onboarding sessions
• Start-up or high-growth AI company experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agentic workflow orchestration is a real bonus
