Business Analyst

Morgan Hunt are working with a public sector organisation to recruit a business analyst to support with a transformation project. This role will play a pivotal part in analysing, mapping, and redesigning business processes to enable more efficient and effective service delivery across the department.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in business analysis within government environments, with a strong grasp of GDS (Government Digital Service) standards and processes.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in UK government departments or public sector organisations.
• Strong background in process mapping, business process modelling (e.g. BPMN), and business transformation.
• Hands-on experience with GDS standards, service assessments, and agile delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience supporting end-to-end delivery of digital services and process change.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes in a complex environment.

£490 per day Inside IR35
