IT Support Engineer
Hybrid (1 day WFH per week after probation)
£25,000 per annum + up to £2,500 performance bonus + EO profit share
9:00–5:00 Mon–Fri

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming service requests, delivering outstanding support while helping clients maintain secure and efficient tech environments.
You don’t need prior experience or certifications, just a passion for tech and a willingness to learn. Full training and development are provided from day one.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming client service requests with professionalism and care
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues across varied systems
- Supporting clients in maintaining strong technology and security standards
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
You’ll need to:
- Be confident in communicating with clients and solving problems
- Have a genuine interest in technology and IT - This is a must
- Be organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications
