Our client is a successful and growing electronics manufacturer supplying specialist display solutions to customers worldwide. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Assembly Operator to join their production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with assembly experience who enjoys precision work and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble a range of electronic display products and sub-assemblies
• Build electronic assemblies into mechanical housings and enclosures
• Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, photographs and diagrams accurately
• Carry out assembly tasks to required quality standards
• Support production activities to meet customer deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Work independently and as part of a wider production team
• Ensure all products are completed to a high standard

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous mechanical assembly experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience assembling electronic components and products
• Ability to interpret assembly instructions and technical diagrams
• Good attention to detail and quality-focused approach
• Soldering and wire looming experience would be advantageous
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
